END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR FM Software Studio, http://www.fm-pdf.com/

The following is a legal software license agreement between you and FM Software Studio, setting forth how you can use
FM Software Studio's computer software, documentation and other associated media ("THE SOFTWARE").

You acknowledge that you agree to its terms by downloading, installing, and/or using THE SOFTWARE.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

All copyrights are exclusively owned by FM Software Studio.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software
for evaluation purposes without charge.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.

Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal
and/or civil prosecution.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Installing and using this software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the program files from your storage devices and
cease to use the product.
If you find this program useful and want to use its full features, you must make a registration payment.

- The "User License" registration fee will license one user to use one copy of the program on one computer
at any one time.
- The "Site License" registration fee will license unlimited users to use unlimited copies of the program
on unlimited computers at any time. This type of license gives you the right to use the program on any number of
computers within one company or organization.
- The "Non-Profit License" registration fee will license unlimited users to use unlimited copies of the program
on unlimited computers at any time.
Special pricing for Non-Profit is reserved to current students, professors, researchers and employees of
non-profit organizations.
- The "VIP License" as "Very Important Person License" registration will license unlimited users to use
unlimited copies of the program on unlimited computers at any time.
This license is designed for our exclusive partners only!

All users will receive registration code and a copy of the latest release when they register,
or it will be made available for downloading, technical support (web, e-mail) and Free Lifetime Upgrades for this product.

This product is licensed as a SHAREWARE/TRIAL computer software program.
This license permits you to install one copy of the registration version included in this package on a single computer only.

You are granted unlimited rights to (re)distribute the trial/unregistered version of the product without any modifications.

Limitations:
You have permission to include and distribute the trial/unregistered version of the software in a commercial Shareware CDROM,
download web site or other collection, together with other software. If you include it in any such package the following
restrictions apply:
(1) The distribution format is not to be modified in any way from the original supplied by FM Software Studio.
Specifically no files may be altered, deleted or added to the distribution file(s);
(2) The distribution must not include a registration code, any knowledge or communication in any way of how convert it
to a registered version. In particular, you may not distribute a registered or licensed piece of software.
Only the unregistered (trial) version of the software may be redistributed;
(3) If you have registered the software, you can backup only one copy to safe places such as floppy disc or CD or DVD etc.

Acknowledgment:
Your use of any software produced by FM Software Studio is based only on your acknowledgement that you have read this Agreement,
understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and FM Software Studio
which supersedes all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between you and
FM Software Studio relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
The SOFTWARE is protected by international treaty provisions.
All Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) remain the property of FM Software Studio.
